I had a wonderful experience at this store with Monique! She was so helpful and she color-matched me perfectly. I would definitely return and specifically ask for her! I went on a weekday in the morning right around the time they opened; I know not everyone has that luxury, but if you can go, that’s definitely the best time because you will get more individualized attention (I am sure weekends are busy!). I can't tell u how much I love this store. not only have the ladies here helped me find products that won't make my skin freak out but they also recently taught me how to put on lashes and seeing that I was having trouble and that I don't have any of my own. they got me some magnetic ones and were patient teaching me how to put them on. all of the ladies here are really sweet and super helpful and really patient especially when it comes to skin allergies and other things like that. they helped me get my confidence back and I'm beyond thankful.

This 5 star review is mostly due to the excellent service that Noemi provided. I do appreciate her for not rushing me when she was helping me find products for my skin type. She seemed to genuinely care about helping. Which is the first time that I have experienced that type of service at this Sephora location. The people helping usually seem like I’m bothering them. Used to be my favorite store until my last visit. I walked in and no one even said hello to me, it wasn’t even busy I was like one of 3 customers, and there were three employees in the front (one was the manager) talking amongst themselves. Gage in the back in fragrance was really kind and I enjoyed conversing about the different fragrances, much friendlier than the other employees who ignored me. I had to do an exchange for a product I can’t use, but unfortunately wasn’t able to make it in time because the holiday season was hard (my mom passed away, I’ve also been sick, and other personal reasons). They didn’t seem to care whatsoever even though the product was only 7 DAYS over the due date for exchanges and I was purchasing the same thing just in a color I could use. No compassion at the register unfortunately especially the manager and they didn’t even ask if I wanted to redeem any points or use my rewards to save money, I was too flustered over the wasted money since I’ll have to throw out the product since it was a different color than advertised (darker than the shade stated online), so I forgot to ask myself. I have like 3,000 points I could have used and might have to reevaluate if I want to keep the credit card with them or not after this. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a negative interaction there, usually they’re all very nice but today just put a bad taste in my mouth also disappointed now that I won’t be able to get the proper color I needed when it could have been such a simple fix if the manager was in a better mood, she was very cold, I ended up not purchasing the other items I wanted to. I’ll just go to ulta or shop online instead where the robot remembers to ask me if I want any samples or to redeem my points.
